Billing and Refund Policy

Consilium Cobalt is currently operating as a private beta with live billing disabled. The public website and current private-beta workspace do not authorize or process a subscription charge.

Before paid access begins

Before live billing is enabled, Consilium will publish the applicable plan price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, tax treatment, trial terms if any, and the specific refund window or eligibility rules. A user will be asked to review those terms before authorizing payment through the hosted payment provider.

If a charge ever appears that refers to Consilium Cobalt, contact contact@consiliumcobalt.com with the date, amount, and payment-provider receipt identifier. Do not send full payment-card or bank credentials by email.
